you are allowed to gift or trade
you are allowed to resell at the price you bought it at or less, unless there's extra artwork of it then value accordinglyyou are allowed to do whatever you want with the character you bought; change the gender, alter the design and colors, etc
you do not need to credit me for the design every time you draw ityou are only allowed to repost if the character belongs to you. and if you do so, you must credit me in your submission
the design and character belong to you, but the art is still my property. so please do not edit my work without my consent, claim it as your

She already admitted she is [Amu] and Hankyou is claims on their website that their TM name is [Amu]
She is just hoping that the blame will fall only on her proxy/mule account, knowing people wont risk their OC's or selfies being sold as adoptable. Thing she doesn't seem to realize is that she lost her trust when she admitted to agreeing to sell them as adoptable to other people. *shakes head*
